Acrylic, water based, matt, semi-hiding, washable finish for interiors and exteriors. CeboSi Universal is the ideal product to create lime-wash and soft shaded matt effects, over gypsum or fine rendered plasters, as long as suitably prepared. CeboSi Universal can be applied on various base coats thus creating different decorative effects.
